Market is CLOSED
The market will be closed until further notice. Due to the nature of the market, social distancing is difficult and while we would like to be able to offer local food, we also need to do our part to decrease the spread of COVID-19. The District of Columbia government has put new restrictions on venues and events, mandated reduction in service capability, hours of service and the number of people who can gather to 50 or less.
At this juncture, with a state of emergency in place, we are will suspend market operations until we receive further guidance from the District government. We will monitor the situation very closely and keep you posted on the website, newsletter and social media. Please be safe and follow CDC guidelines for helping to stem the spread of this virus.
Our partner venue Hook Hall has launched Hook Hall Helps and is raising money to buy ingredients to make meals for the community and for those in the hospitality industry. Visit their page to learn how to become involved.
